POP MATTERS Offers Exclusive Download of BAILIFF SIngle, “Helicopter”

Once described as “Zappa fronting The Black Keys,” Bailiff have the staggering ability to combine upbeat pop and blues melodies with heavy rock undertones to create a new kind of gorgeously infectious “dark pop”. The Chicago based 3-piece are gearing up to release a follow-up to their EP, Remise, which caught the attention of the likes of Impose Magazine, American Songwriter, and WXRT. Comprised of Josh Siegel (vocals, guitar), Owen O’Malley (vocals, bass) and Ren Matthew (drums, vocals) Bailiff has secured a well-known reputation not only for their energetic live shows, securing opening spots with the likes of Nada Surf, Dinosaur Jr, Murder By Death, JEFF The Brotherhood and The Lumineers.
