Now there is a powerful new resource in the world of physical fitness. In a first-of-its-kind venture, Right Fit for You, Inc. is proud to announce the official launch of its business-oriented social networking website, www.rightfitforyou.com. The mission of Right Fit for You is to connect members of the LGBT community with personal trainers who identify as LGBT, or as straight allies to the community. Visitors to the site can browse trainer profiles, and shop for a trainer that meets their personal criteria in a virtual “marketplace” for clients.

In about six months since an initial Chicago beta-launch, Right Fit for You has amassed a network of more than 60 professional personal trainers from across the region, and new ones are joining all the time. Right Fit for You also attracts high web traffic, thanks in part to its free, no-obligation features. Visitors can search the site without signing up, and browse trainers by zip code, specialties, rates, and more. Potential clients can view photos of trainers and contact them for a free consultation.

“We’re all about ensuring a comfortable personal training atmosphere for the LGBT community, from begging to end,” explained Sam Provenzano, Founder and President of Right Fit for You. “At the end of the day, if you aren’t comfortable and can’t truly be yourself with your personal trainer, you will not reach your fitness goals. As soon as you visit our site, you know you’ll find a personal trainer who just gets you. That’s priceless.”

RightFitForYou_Logo_Low1Right Fit for You stands out from other fitness directories, because it encourages everyone – not just members of the LGBT community – to take advantage of the site.

“We have a great mix of gay and straight people who visit the site,” said Provenzano. “Actually, many of them are women, who simply feel more comfortable with a gay trainer as opposed to a straight one.”

With the holiday season upon us and a new year not far away, there is no better time to resolve to get healthy. Having a personal trainer is one of the most effective methods of creating, reaching, and sticking to fitness goals.
