Named after the local Spanish term “Vamos de tapeo” (Let’s go for Tapas), El Tapeo offers handcrafted, authentic Spanish cuisine from the award-winning Executive Chef Michael McDonald. Fusing seasonal updates with traditional dishes, Chef McDonald has crafted a bold, savory menu, including Tapas favorites: La Carne y El Pan made with 1oz serrano ham sliced tableside and served with tomato bread and picked piparras; Croquetas de Setas prepared from cremini mushroom fritters and cilantro yogurt; Albondigas made of lamb and bacon meatballs, sherry tomato sauce, toasted almonds, and parsley; and Pimientos fixed with blistered shishito peppers, lemon zest, fresno chili, and sea salt. Guests can pair their bites with half price signature sangrias, or El Tapeo’s Dine on Nine special, where diners can enjoy half-off wines by the glass between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. All guests enjoy complimentary valet.
