MARION CULTURAL ALLIANCE This Week In Arts Jan. 12

unnamed-1Bag It At the Brick presents Storytelling with Jessica

Join us as we welcome Jessica McCune, of Ocala’s Storytelling Guild, Wednesday, January 14th at 11:30 a.m. at Brick City Center for the Arts during our Bag It At the Brick.  Jessica will be sharing stories of her Great-Grandmother’s quilt.  You’re welcome to bring your own family quilts and stories to share.

Quilted Art Lovingly Sponsored by Marcie Bailey

The art of quilting has come to MCA’s Brick City Center for the Arts, Artful Gifts and Ocala Civic Theatre. Quilts of all sizes, art dolls, and quilt-themed artwork will be on display for the month of January at all three locations.

“Wonderful, fantastic, best I have seen of quilt exhibits I have attended”, and “a refreshing idea for Ocala” are just a few of the reviews from gallery visitors.

A must see exhibit!
