Featuring 20 exotic flavors from around the world, Roby’s newest creation showcases an assortment of beautiful, individually hand-painted rectangular truffles. From Georgia Peach and Caramel Cognac, to Banana Flambé and Vodka Cranberry, chocolate lovers can enjoy these unique flavors without feeling the guilt of consuming sweets. Studies show that chocolate in its purest form is significantly healthier than today’s commercial products, which is why Chef Roby uses only the finest Grand Cru chocolate to create his delicious – and healthy – products. Prices for the Exclusive Aroma Line range from $2 to $27 before tax and may be purchased by the piece or in a variety of different sized boxes. Visit the All Chocolate Kitchen store, 33 S. Third Street in Geneva, or call 630.232.2395 to purchase the truffles or for more information.

The Exclusive Aroma Line is just one of Chef Roby’s many creations. In addition to his success as a Pastry Chef, Roby released a second edition to his first cookbook,“Alain Roby’s American Classics, Casual and Elegant Desserts”, featuring some of the most popular recipes from the original and unveiling new ones. Chef’s first edition was hailed as elevating “even a simple dessert into a work of art” and was chosen as an editor’s top ten pick on The Food Channel.
