One of Chicago’s most talented entertainers, ANGELA INGERSOLL discusses her critically hailed performance as Judy Garland in Porchlight Music Theatre’s sold out production of Peter Quilter’s END OF THE RAINBOW, which has been extended until December 9th, 2016 at Stage 773, 1225 W. Porchlight Music Theatre announces the extension of the Chicago premiere of End of the Rainbow, now closing Friday, Dec. 9, featuring music from the songbook of Judy Garland, written by Peter Quilter, starring Angela Ingersoll as “Judy Garland,” direction by Porchlight Music Theatre Artistic Director Michael Weber, music direction by Jon Steinhagen, who also appears as “Anthony,” at Stage 773, 1225 W. Belmont Ave. Previews are Friday, Nov. 4 at 8 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 5 at 8 p.m., Sunday, Nov. 6 at 2 p.m. and Monday, Nov 7 at 1:30 p.m. The performance schedule is Thursdays at 7:30 p.m., Fridays at 8 p.m., Saturdays at 4 and 8 p.m. and Sundays at 2 p.m. The new additional extended performances are Tuesday, Dec. 6 at 7:30 p.m., Wednesday, Dec. 7 at 1:30 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 8 at 1:30 and 7:30 p.m. and Friday, Dec. 9 at 8 p.m. There are matinee performances Thursday, Nov. 17 at 1:30 p.m. and Friday, Nov. 25 at 4 p.m. NOTE: *There is no Thursday 7:30 p.m. performance November 10 and 24.
