Loop Players at Harold Washington College Presents “A View from the Bridge” by Arthur Miller, directed by Kathryn Nash

Loop Players, the acclaimed 25-year-old theatre company at Harold Washington College, will perform the classic play “A View from the Bridge,” by Arthur Miller. Brought to life by a cast of Harold Washington College students and alumni this tragedy explores the complex layers of personal identity challenged by community and family expectation.
Kathryn Nash, Assistant Professor and Director of Theater in the English, Speech and Theatre Department, directs “A View from the Bridge.” Part of the mission of Loop Players is to provide “on-the-job” training, which serves as a bridge for students transferring to four-year colleges or to theatre careers in the Chicago area. “This is largely an all-student cast, lead by alum Damon Eubanks. ‘A View from the Bridge’ is a challenging production, and an outstanding example of the talent fostered at Harold Washington College and City Colleges of Chicago,” said Prof. Nash.
