The Marriott Theatre To Hold Auditions for THE KING AND I
The Marriott Theatre will hold general auditions for non-union actors on Tuesday, May 6th, from 10am to 6pm at the Actors’ Equity Association (Member Center, First Floor: 557 W. Randolph St., Chicago, 60661). Please bring one 16 bar song in the style of the show and a second contrasting selection in case the Artistic Team needs to hear more. Please bring music in your key and an updated H/R. An accompanist will be provided. Please note, the role of Anna has been cast. Specifically seeking Asian actors, but all ethnicities welcome. Specifically seeking Asian actors (male and female) able to play 5 to 15 years of age, and caucasian boys able to play 8 to 10 years old.
