The Lincoln Park Community Shelter Holds Fall Fundraiser Friday, Oct. 26 at Gallery 1028

The Lincoln Park Community Shelter is hosting its annual fall fundraiser (Taste of Fall) on Friday, October 26, 7pm-11pm at Gallery 1028.

The event will feature live music by the Tony Bondi Project, signature cocktails from Koval, Templeton Rye, and many others, and delicious tastings from over 10 different restaurants in Chicago. The silent auction will feature “experiences” in Chicago, places to go and things to do throughout the winter such as museum passes, theaters, restaurants to try, new fitness classes, and other fun, unique activities. The raffle will be an Ultimate Tasting, worth over $1,000 and featuring dining options to last over a year.
Some information about us:

The Lincoln Park Community Shelter is a privately funded organization that provides interim housing and comprehensive social services to over 400 men and women each year. Recognized for excellence in service as well as non-profit management, we seek to go beyond providing direct services, however, to create a true community of support that involves volunteers, staff and the community at large. This support includes intensive case management, life skills development, mental and physical health care, educational opportunities, technical services to assist in finding employment, permanent housing, and long-term follow-up.
