Mrs. Eunice David is the widow of legendary and celebrated lyricist Hal David, who earned a Tony nomination for Best Musical in 1969 for his lyrics in the musical Promises, Promises.

 

Her book about her 25 years with the man who brought us such classic hits as “Raindrops Keep Fallin’ On My Head,” “To All The Girls I Loved Before,” “Magic Moments,” and “Do You Know The Way To San Jose,” is out this month. Hal David: His Magic Moments from Dorrance Publishing, recounts the fun unknown stories behind some of these favorite classics, and celebrates the love story between Eunice and Hal.
