Riverfront Theater’s ‘Spirit of Dance’ Runs July 11-15th

The performance schedule for Spirit of the Dance is: Wednesday, July 11 and Thursday, July 12, at 7:30 p.m., Friday, July 13 at 8 p.m., Saturday, July 14 at 2, 5 and 8 p.m. and Sunday, July 15 at 2 and 5 p.m
Spirit of the Dance is celebrating its 15th Anniversary as one of the biggest dance performances in the world. This family-friendly dance spectacular originated in Ireland, and features the world champion dancers of the Irish International Dance Company. The dancers are bursting with contagious raw energy coupled with the uplifting vocal harmonies presented by Celtic singers performing a selection of powerful, passionate songs. Dynamic lighting, dazzling costumes, large energetic cast and stunning choreography make Spirit of the Dance a night of entertainment for audiences young and old.
This international sensation has smashed box office records in more than 20 countries and won more awards than any other dance production. Winner of nine Global awards, including “Best Choreography” and “Best International Production” and called by the International Post “The World’s Greatest Irish Dance Show,” the dancers of Spirit of the Dance deliver powerful, show stopping rhythms of Irish Dance combined with the passionate Latino rhythms of Tango, Flamenco and Red-Hot Salsa to produce a thrilling production.
