Open auditions for Ocala Civic Theatre’s TOM, DICK AND HARRY; Feb 2 & 3 @ 7p.m.
Open auditions for the comedy Tom, Dick, and Harry will be held Monday, February 2 and Tuesday, February 3 at 7:00 p.m. at Ocala Civic Theatre.
Tom and his wife Linda are adopting a baby. This should be the happiest day of their lives, if not for Tom’s bumbling brothers, Dick and Harry. Anxious to make a good impression on the adoption agency supervisor who is coming to inspect the prospective parents’ home, Dick and Harry arrive to “help.” Unfortunately, they arrive with a van full of smuggled goods, a pair of illegal immigrants who don’t speak a word of English, and a dead body. A menacing Russian mobster and a curious police constable further complicate matters. Is there hope for a happy family? This fast-paced farce is an absurd delight!
Roles are available for six men and three women:
- Tom Kerwood: A likeable Londoner.
- Linda Kerwood: His wife. Bright and attractive.
- Dick Kerwood: Tom’s brother. A lovable rogue.
- Harry Kerwood: Tom and Dick’s brother. A thickheaded genius.
- Katerina: An Albanian peasant. Poorly dressed, buxom, attractive. Confident and dangerous.
- Andreas: Her grandfather. Also an Albanian peasant. Small, stooped, and weather-beaten.

- Boris: A stocky, smartly dressed East European.
