The mouth-watering menu fuses traditional breakfast favorites with intriguing new specialty dishes, offering an option for everyone. Brunch classics include The Orchard, ultra-fluffy pancakes topped with bourbon preserved peaches, and cinnamon roasted apples and pears, or the Eggs & Bacon, perfectly scrambled, featuring maple pork belly, smashed fingerlings and blistered tomatoes. Chef Garant puts his own spin on the typical grilled cheese with the Grilled Madame, featuring sunny-up eggs, field greens and tomato jam. Even the quintessential brunch staple, avocado toast, is taken to the next level with the Smoked Salmon & Avocado Toast, served with soft boiled egg, PQB sourdough, whipped ricotta and fresh herbs, truly taking the Windy City’s brunch scene by storm.

An ideal beverage menu is also available for brunch-goers looking for those ultimate morning-after drinks. Guests can opt for enticing cocktails including The Rim, a delicious blend of Old Bay, celery salt or kosher salt & cracked black pepper or The Spirit, featuring Tito’s vodka, Letherbee gin, and Basil Hayden bourbon or Cabeza tequila. Known for its intricate selection of taps that draws from Chicago’s rich beer history, Columbus Tap’s signature brunch beer will be a refreshing Krankshaft Kölsch. Completing the beverage brunch menu are The Base, featuring house bloody mary mix, Clamato or V-8, and The Garnish, topped with candied bacon, spicy dill pickle and smoked olives.
